TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Payment-

✓ Payments must be made via PayPal (USD) or Mercado Pago (ARS) for clients located in Argentina. (If prices are listed in USD and payment is made via Mercado Pago, the exchange rate applied will be: 1 USD = 1,450 ARS).
✓ Payment must be made 100% in advance via Mercado Pago.
✓ Please do not send payment until I have confirmed availability and accepted the commission.

-Refund Policy-

✓ Once the initial lineart or rendering has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
✓ If I am unable to complete the commission or must cancel it, a 100% refund will be issued.

-Revision-

✓ Upon receipt of payment, I will begin the sketching process. At this stage, you should indicate any changes you desire or deem appropriate. Once the proposal is confirmed and the outlining process has begun, no further modifications will be accepted.
✓ Revisions cannot be requested once the rendering phase has been completed.
✓ Additional changes requested after final approval will incur a charge of between 5% and 20% of the total price, depending on their complexity.

-Delivery-

✓ The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 days, but it may be extended depending on complexity or availability.

-Copyright & Usage-

✓ As the artist, I retain the copyright and reproduction rights for all commissioned works. This includes the right to use the artwork in portfolios, on social media, and in promotional materials.
-- I do not claim ownership of your original characters or designs.Client PermissionsThe client may:
✓ Share the artwork on social media or personal platforms.The client must:
✓ Clearly credit me as the creator of the artwork.
✓ Not remove, crop, or blur signatures or watermarks.
✓ Not use the artwork to train artificial intelligence.

References & Process

✓ The client must provide at least three visual references or detailed descriptions.
✓ I cannot draw your character without a specific reference. If you do not have a design, I recommend using apps like Picrew, Roblox, Pinterest, or others to create one.
✓ Backgrounds include simple, flat landscapes. Complex environments will incur an additional cost (depending on their complexity).
