TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Payment-

-- Payments must be made through PayPal (USD) or Mercado Pago for clients located in Argentina.
-- The following applies only to payments made through Mercado Pago: For payments from Argentina, the funds will be deposited into my Mercado Pago account, converted to US dollars at the current exchange rate shown on the following page (at the end).
It is important to note that the conversion will be to the Blue Dollar (selling rate).
--IMPORTANT--
This only applies to those on the Art Commissions Discord server; for people in Argentina who are not on this server or who don't request commissions through it, there is a different price adapted to the country.
-Payment is 100% in advance via Mercado Pago.
-- Please do not send payment until I have confirmed availability and accepted the commission.

-Refund Policy-

-- Refunds may be requested only before the design or lineart process begins.
-- Once the initial lineart or rendering has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
-- If I am unable to complete the commission or must cancel it, a 100% refund will be issued.

-Revision-

-- After payment, I will begin the sketching process (1 to 3 days). You should clarify any changes you want or think are optimal at this stage. Once I have confirmation and the line art process begins, no further changes will be accepted.
-- Revisions cannot be requested after the design or rendering stages.
-- Additional changes requested after final approval will incur a fee of 5–20% of the total price, depending on complexity.

-Delivery-

-- The final product will be delivered digitally, through the same platform used for communication (Instagram, Discord, email, etc.).
-- Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks, depending on schedule and complexity.
-- Urgent commissions may include an additional rush fee.

-Copyright & Usage-

-- As the artist, I maintain copyright and reproduction rights for all commissioned artworks. This includes the right to use the artwork for portfolios, social media, promotional materials, and non-commercial displays.
-- I do not claim ownership over your original characters or designs.Client PermissionsThe client may:-- Share the artwork on social media or personal platforms.
-- Edit or modify the artwork as long as proper credit is given.The client must:
-- Credit me clearly as the original artist.
-- Not remove, crop, or blur signatures or watermarks.
-- Not use the artwork to train AI models, mint NFTs, or create blockchain assets.

References & Process

-- The client must provide at least two visual references or detailed descriptions.
-- I cannot draw your character without a specific reference. If you don't have a design, I recommend using apps like Picrew, Roblox, Pinterest, or others to create your character.
-- Backgrounds include basic flat scenery. Complex environments will incur additional fees. (depending on its complexity).

-Commercial Use-

-- Commissioned artworks are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
-- Commercial use includes: merchandise, printed products, monetized content, branding, etc.
-- Commercial rights will increase the price. Fees depend on the intended use. (The minimum for commercial use is 100% or more.)

-Cancellation-

-- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and for any reason.
-- If I cancel, the client will receive a full refund.
-- If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
